Welcome to the new KS1 page. This is where you will be able to find lots of useful information about our KS1 classes at Spurcroft Primary School.

Key Stage One home learning:

 

'MyMaths' home learning activities are set every two weeks in Year 1 and Year 2 on Thursdays. You can find the link to the page here:

'MyMaths' logins have been sent home with your child. If it has been misplaced, please let the school know and we can send a duplicate home.

Routines

  • Your child needs to bring in their reading book and reading record book in on a Friday. This will be looked at by their class teacher on the following Monday and then sent home on the Tuesday, Please can you write in your child's reading record book when you've heard them read at home. 
  • Please see information below as to when your child will have PE in school and need to wear their PE to school that day.

Messages

The children have all settled tremendously well into the new school routines and are showing such responsibility, team work, and creative thinking in and out of the classroom. The KS1 staff want to say thank you to all the parents and carers at home who have helped with this transition back into school.
