Equalities Objectives

Our equalities objectives for 2022-2023 are:

• Narrow the gaps in attainment between boys and girls
• Ensure the needs are met, and standards raise, for PPG pupils as well as pupils with mental health needs and those with English as an additional language
• Improve the attendance of the following vulnerable groups: FSM, EAL, SEND
• Develop staff understanding of issues around diversity and race in order to promote equality of opportunity and diversity effectively.
